Accessibility

Ombudsman Victoria (OV) is committed to ensuring that information on its website is widely accessible. Consequently, the website is undergoing redevelopment. OV will be taking a staged approach to ensure accessibility compliance on its website. Initially the work will address specific issues such as the use of javascript and PDFs throughout the site. Then the full redevelopment will address all Level A checkpoints of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. OV expects this redevelopment to occur in 2007-08, at which time all accessibility issues will be addressed.

OV apologises if a part of the website is inaccessible to you during this time. If you have any accessibility problems with the website please contact us by email or via telephone (03) 9613 6222 and we will:

  • Provide you with the information in an alternative format and
  • Attempt to rectify the accessibility issue immediately.
