The Ombudsman Victoria newsletter provides readers with examples of the diverse work of the Ombudsman whereas industry specific updates are provided on TAC and WorkSafe bulletins.
Note: The 'Transport Accident Commission' and the 'Victorian WorkCover Authority' (VWA) are the legal names for the TAC and WorkSafe.
