Reporting to Parliament
The Ombudsman is an officer of the Victorian Parliament and reports directly to it.
Each year the Ombudsman produces an annual report for the Parliament and throughout the year may submit reports on key investigations to Parliament.
The Ombudsman also has the authority to publish reports in the public interest relating to the exercise of his functions or to any case investigated by him.
