The Victorian Ombudsman works to ensure fairness for the Victorian community from the public sector.
We are committed to educating all Victorians on the role of the Ombudsman, how to complain and what to expect from their dealings with the public sector.
From time to time, our staff conduct special interest forums with community representatives, and visit regional locations to offer confidential individual consultation sessions.
Once the details of upcoming sessions are confirmed, we will publish locations, dates and times on this webpage so community members know to come along.
We maintain a suite of materials for public consumption available for free and opportunities for you to keep in touch with our work.
