Ombudsman taking complaints in Frankston

Ombudsman staff will be in Frankston on 17 November to take complaints from members of the public.

The Ombudsman takes complaints about the actions and decisions of Victorian Government departments, statutory authorities and local councils. This service is free, fair and independent.

Date: Tuesday 17 November
Time: 10am - 1pm
Location: Frankston Arts Centre, Crn Davey St and Young St, Frankston

You can turn up on the day; you don't need to make an appointment. However, if you are sure you will attend, please let us know, so we can have adequate resources to help you on the day.

When you speak to us, try to explain your complaint in a few key points, including what happened and when. Bring in a copy of the complaint you made to the agency and their response, if you have it. We'll let you know if we need other documents.
