Ombudsman taking complaints in Shepparton and Benalla

The Ombudsman looks into complaints about the actions and decisions of Victorian Government departments, statutory authorities and local councils. This service is free, fair and independent.

Our staff will be in Shepparton and Benalla in October to take complaints from members of the public. Staff from the Commonwealth Ombudsman will also be taking complaints, about federal government agencies such as Medicare and Centrelink.
