Ombudsman staff taking complaints in Broadmeadows on 26 February

Ombudsman staff will be in Broadmeadows on 26 February to take complaints from members of the community.
We take complaints about local councils and Victorian government departments and agencies and determine if their actions are reasonable. Our office provides a free, fair and independent service.
Date: Friday 26 February 2016
Time: 10am to 1pm
Venue: Hume Global Learning Centre, 1093 Pascoe Vale Road, Broadmeadows
To make an appointment: We encourage you to make an appointment, to save you time and to ensure our staff are available to help you.
Phone 9613 6222
Registrations preferred by Thursday 25 February.
When you speak to us, we’ll ask you to explain your complaint in a few key points, including what happened and when. We’ll tell you what to bring to the appointment; for example, a copy of the complaint you made to the agency and their response, if you have it. We'll let you know if we need other documents.
