Ombudsman staff taking complaints in Seymour and Mansfield in March

Ombudsman staff will be in Seymour on 16 March and Mansfield on 17 March to take complaints from members of the community. 
We take complaints about local councils and Victorian government departments and agencies and determine if their actions are reasonable. Our office provides a free, fair and independent service.

When you speak to us, we will ask you to explain your complaint in a few key points, including what happened and when. We'll tell you what to bring to the appointment; for example, a copy of the complaint you made to the agency and their response, if you have it. We'll let you know if we need other documents.
