The Victorian Ombudsman and staff are changing location and some contact details effective Monday 29 August 2016.
While we are changing location, postal address and fax number, please note our existing consumer and business telephone numbers, email addresses and online services will not change.

What's Happening?

The Victorian Ombudsman is changing location from 459 Collins Street Melbourne to new premises on Level 2, 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne.

Is the new office conveniently located?

Yes – the office is remaining in Melbourne’s CBD, moving a short distance from Collins Street to 570 Bourke Street between William and King Streets.

Why are you moving?

We have taken the opportunity at the end of current leasing arrangements to bring all of our people together into one location, as we continue to meet our legislative obligations in Victoria.
This will mean a dedicated new reception for visitors to the Ombudsman, enhanced service from co-located staff and a new address for deliveries, mail and attending meetings with Ombudsman staff.

What do I need to do?

Please note the change of location, postal and fax details for your records.
It is important to note that all of our telephone, email and online services remain the same.

Where do I go for appointments?

Up to and including Friday 26 August there is no change.
From Monday 29 August all services will take place at our new location Level 2, 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne.
