We make it easy for you to get in touch with us.
We're still taking complaints
During the statewide shutdown, many of our staff are working remotely.
We are still accepting - and resolving - complaints about Victorian government organisations. However, we may take longer than usual to get back to you.
This is due to:
- Our resources being limited.
- Government organisations being under pressure to respond to the crisis. They may be delayed in getting back to us about your complaint.
What this means for you:
To make a new complaint
To follow up on an existing complaint
For general enquiries
- We are not taking complaints over the phone.
- We have cancelled our April 2020 workshops on Good Complaint Handling and Dealing with Challenging Behaviour.
Thank you for your patience as we get through this challenging time together.
Level 2, 570 Bourke Street

Please note: Our office is closed during the statewide shutdown. To get in contact with us, see the information above.
