We're still taking complaints

During the statewide shutdown, many of our staff are working remotely.

We are still accepting - and resolving - complaints about Victorian government organisations. However, we may take longer than usual to get back to you.

This is due to:

  • Our resources being limited.
  • Government organisations being under pressure to respond to the crisis. They may be delayed in getting back to us about your complaint.

  • We have cancelled our April 2020 workshops on Good Complaint Handling and Dealing with Challenging Behaviour.
