Financial Counsellors Conference 2022

At the annual Financial Counselling Victoria (FCVic) conference, the Ombudsman was able to hear first-hand about the impact of our 2021 report into how local councils deal with financial hardship.

The Ombudsman appeared on a panel to discuss the findings from her report, and hear how councils are evolving their methods for dealing with hardship cases.
