Case example Injured worker's entitlements restored and nearly $8,000 backpaid
Arjun was stuck overseas due to the COVID-19 crisis. While overseas, it was difficult for him to get a medical certificate of capacity. This meant his WorkCover agent stopped paying his entitlements. After he got his certificate, we spoke to the agent. They resumed payments and back-paid him.
